I really liked this backpack for our day trips around town. Holds a lot, is light and a good size (not too big and not too small). The only negative comment I have relates to the straps. When I'm wearing a short-sleeved shirt, the material of the backpack strap on the lower part of my arm (about halfway between the armpit and elbow) irritates me. It is perfectly normal for your hands to be covered in this area. I'm 5ft 7in so the area I had trouble with may be different or absent for others. But otherwise a great backpack.
