Exactly as advertised! The grip is really comfortable. I bought it because I have nerve damage in my hand and the grip can be difficult. With this grater, everything has become much easier. The little catch box that appears below is nice. I didn't find it any better on my desk, but I've used it on my cutting board and haven't had any slippage issues. Rinse clean with no problems. I am not sure if it is dishwasher safe. It would be better if it was written somewhere on the packaging. It's definitely easy to use, well made and very good value for money! I definitely recommend it!
