I worked at the IBEW electrical shop in high school and college and small tools were like that. All apprentices had them, and this 11-in-1 was in everyone's handbag. I bought one about 5 years ago and it has been used at home, nothing special or commercial. Still, this screwdriver is a bit disappointing. Basically she's great. Tons of different bits for most of your bases, standard key sizes, what don't you like? The rubber grip is comfortable but starts to slip and shift very quickly on the grip. Doesn't really affect usability, but it's annoying. The bits wear out normally, but rust very quickly. The same applies to the short version, which I also have. And I don't put them away wet either - they live a pretty spoiled life in a toolbox. If you are thinking of changing bits then you must consider this purchase as the bits are $4 each and the tool itself is around $15. So I don't know what the point is if for some reason you don't like your particular screwdriver and just need to change a bit. The condition of Klein's instruments makes me a little sad. They really haven't been updated in years and it shows. Combined with some controversial quality control issues, it's pretty easy to consider Irwin or Lenox, Knipex or Wiha as replacement options. Not the worst multi-bit driver, but you could do better.
