Review on Palmolive Ultra Antibacterial Dish Liquid by Colleen Jackson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Effective soap. No methylisothiazolinone (MI). *

If you are allergic to Methylisothiazolinone (MI) this soap is fine to use, at least at the time of writing this article. I contacted Palmolive last year or so and asked which of their dishwashing detergents did not contain methylisothiazolinone (MI) and they only said that and one other thing (I forgot which the other was). The rep argued that this was not necessary in the two soaps. However, I have seen MI in other antibacterial soaps. *Please note that ingredients are subject to change. So if you have concerns about MI, call or email Palmolive yourself to make sure the soap is still MI-free. For a year or more I've been making my own Dr. Bronner's, but to be honest I've spent far more time washing dishes with this soap than I have with Palmolive Ultra Antibacterial Dish Liquid. I'm glad I was able to find something more time efficient and cost effective. This soap cleans leftovers fairly quickly.
