The tool has helped us manage our fleet of trucks very well by optimizing routes in real time so that we can have better control over costs while ensuring service quality at all times! I would like it if they could add more features but everything else about this software works great from their customer support team who are extremely helpful when ever you need them too (even during weekends!). It's one stop shop solution where your entire operation will be managed right down till reaching customers hand or doorstep which helps keep track of every order delivered/delayed etc., thereby avoiding any losses due to poor tracking system / mismanagement!
