The microphone does not work 10 meters from the receiver
I went through all the channel settings for this device, the reception is the same. I finally contacted the manufacturer and they did a frequency check for me and they told me that this model doesn't work well in South Florida because the TV and radio overlap frequency bands. So for this job I need to keep the mic and receiver less than 10 feet apart. So really wasted money for me. The sound quality is excellent.
