WARNING: LACK OF DESIGN AND IRRESPONSIBILITY MARKETING WILL CAUSE ACCIDENT DAMAGE TO MY 2010 RAV4!

Very frustrated trying to contact this company after this bumper was installed resulting in a car accident! Having no experience adding items to my newly installed hitch, initially when I added this to my 2" hitch, I wasn't aware that there were two design flaws that would affect my driving and parking safety. Design flaw 1: In its tightest position, this bumper extension sticks out so much that there is a large gap between the car's rear bumper and the beginning of where this product starts, shaped to have weird "hook" corners , which are located exactly where the large gap appears between the bumper and the product, making it look like a fishing hook intended for catching fish, or in my case after decades of flawless driving - I value safety very much and always drive Careful - reversing into the parking lot of the local health food store in Los Angeles, no backup camera on my 2010 Toyota Rav4, although I backed up very slowly and carefully, my Tyger hitch, with its dual design flaw, got caught on a safety bar. and when I tried to pull forward, unaware of the design flaw that essentially held my SUV to that cradle, I twisted my car's frame, bending and also damaging the Tyger hitch. Immediately my car started making horrible noises while running so I took it to my mechanic. It required many adjustments and a damaged strut which was recently replaced and was in great condition prior to the Tiger Hitch accident. My cost was almost a thousand dollars. I contacted this third-party Revain vendor, Tiger, told them everything I had been through and requested a refund, and their response was so hasty I felt they hadn't even read about the suffering and expense of their design. - a damaged product, although I tried to politely explain to them how dangerous their design turned out to be. They "approved" my return when I agreed to pay for the very expensive UPS shipping (heavy iron product). There is no guarantee of a full refund (after all I would send the damaged product back to the company who gave me ZERO confidence that they read my messages carefully enough to understand the pain and expense and constructive design advice I received I even acknowledge what I have offered.Fortunately, I am a Revain Prime member and know that Revain will assist me in dealing with a third party that cannot provide enough customer service if they choose not to pay for shipping of this very faulty and dangerous product Additionally, I urge Revain not to allow the sale of this particularly dangerous hitch attachment, or at least to add a clear warning that by the nature of it sticking with a gap that can snag on bars in garages and other items, it shouldn't automatically added a wealth, di e are not equipped with a reversing camera for safe reversing. There are other similar products (all significantly cheaper!) that don't have at least one of the two design flaws I've outlined (those useless and dangerous "fishhook" corners that snap onto bars when reversing). How far these other items stand out I don't know, I'm afraid to try this one after this bad and very expensive experience. But if you need or want something similar, you should choose a different product and company than this model.
