I could have easily gotten a medium but I like the way the large fits as well. After 2 kids I've got the mom belly & sometimes no matter what the muffin top.This shirt did a fantastic job disguising that. The material is soft and not see through. The back doesn't come down quite as far as the front and it doesn't have the extra "preplum" but it's cute like that. I wore it to work(teacher!) and got many compliments by coworkers and students alike. Definitely will be buying more colors
