Review on 👶 Enhanced Split-Screen Video Baby Monitor V43 - Parent Unit by Jackie Hale

We bought this dual camera monitor set a few years ago. About 6 months ago I had the parent monitor on the outside of my back pocket and came across something that broke the antenna. The monitor still worked, but the connection was unstable. After contacting support, they immediately offered a 15% discount on the new parent unit. However, we had to postpone the purchase for several months for financial reasons. When we were ready to buy a new one BabySense agreed to keep the discount so I bought a new parent unit plus an extra camera as we are expecting our third child this year. They said they would process a discounted credit after the item shipped. I didn't give it any further thought until the new units arrived, so I checked my account and found the loan hadn't been processed. I contacted BabySense and they apologized for the delay and also offered a discount on the camera I bought due to the delay in processing the parent monitor discount. I appreciated the additional offer as I wasn't expecting a camera discount since we didn't talk about it originally. They were very accommodating and I appreciate it! In terms of quality, the monitor set was adequate for our needs (no wifi connection, night vision, multiple camera ports and split screen to monitor multiple beds at night, audio and microphone port, reasonable range to be inside or outside during baby is sleeping). Image quality is a bit grainy and zoom is only one stop, but those are minor issues.
