I really appreciate the refund! And added a star in thanks. I can't lie about the quality of the product, so I'll leave my original review up below, but I appreciate the belated help from the company.I know I shouldn't expect much from an inexpensive set of clippers but even by those standards this is awful. The cheap plastic guides break if you breathe on them, and after 1 month the battery got so low that even after it's been charging all night, I only get about 30-60 seconds out of it. I tried (foolishly) to contact the company but that was a silly waste of time. Anyway, don't waste your money.
