Raincoat appears to be of good quality but fits so poorly that it doesn't fit my dog. His chest is 21 inches (max size for a medium size) and he is 21 inches long so I went for a big one even though his neck was way too small for that size. The length for the tall one is listed as 22.5 inches and I thought that would be ok so he would have an extra 1.5 inches of length to ensure his back is well covered as most of his sweaters and jackets are not are long enough for his size. The rain cover on the back is significantly longer than expected and so long that I'm concerned it will get in the way when he's trying to do business in it. Also, it's so long that it covers your butt too much for him to urinate. The tape that attaches the jacket is so large that only a tiny part of the velcro can be attached, leaving a very long part just flapping to the side. The neck area, although listed as too big for him, fits perfectly. I would consider going a size smaller but I would be concerned it would be too tight on his neck. Overall the quality of the raincoat seems good but the sizing is so wrong for my dog that it is unusable. However, he did not find it uncomfortable. So if your dog's size is more in line with the chart, you'll probably like the rain cover.
