The power cord is pretty cheap and when I first got it it was just a little loose. So I had to flip it but my original cable shorted and it was much better. However, after a few months of use, the connector became more demanding to connect. I guess it's my fault for trying to get a cheaper cable than what Acer actually sells for, but since it's supposed to fit my laptop model exactly, I figured it would work. And it works, but only well. If you buy it, just note that it fits the Acer Aspire E5-575G-53VG easily and that might annoy you. free for me. If I accept them on this offer, the new one seems to fit better than the first one I received. I don't know what the difference is but I appreciate the customer service I received so I gave my rating an extra star.
