Doesn't hold a phone in a case

I wanted to like this holder but it was dangerous. With my phone in the case, the mount doesn't slide on the front of the case and the casters allow the phone to fall out of the mount onto the floor from time to time. It would be ideal if they extended the arms a bit further to allow for large phone cases. .
