I will update this review if anyone knows how to remove the orange caps to remove the tubes! It came WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS. The photos show the orange cap needs to be removed, but it's stuck in there and my friend is STRONG and can't get it off! There is no unlock button. The YouTube videos only show how to use it, not how to remove the cover. This MUST NOT be used in transport form with all five tubes connected. Too tense. The ad text keeps saying "It's easy!" so I think maybe they changed the cap to a non-removable cap and didn't update the ad. Edit 4/30/19 This hat was incredibly difficult to obtain. out. You have to push the gray part under the orange ones to get it to the point where you can muscle over the orange cover. (My friend's hands and joints have been hurting for days from the difficulty.) Thanks to all the people who answered my question as the company didn't (thumbs down) and didn't link to the instruction video. My friend enjoys a new challenge in his workout as just three tubes puts more tension on him than his old metal springs which sometimes caught on his skin and made him bleed! Ouch! Note to company: You can't include instructions, but add a link to the video on your page and please stop saying it's easy. 🙏
