I want to love them bought a few for the kids but one of them wouldn't start just went to this screen. First I took a picture with a computer and half a screen and asked for help solving it. They responded quickly and asked for a full screen photo. I reconnected everything and took a full photo (first photo) then they asked for a photo of the other tab. I reconnected everything and sent this (second photo). Then they wanted me to reinstall the entire OS or whatever I didn't understand, after which they said just send it back. Anyway, a friend looked it up and they were able to boot from external media, so they realized it was a bad hard drive. So I emailed them again and asked if they could send a new disc, return the part so I could buy one, or send a replacement unit (as the price is higher now when I try to return and redeem it), and left them three options. They just said go back to Revain /: They get a star for quick replies, but otherwise I'd avoid them. In any case, this is a 5th gen i5 that's already 6 years old.
