This is the cutest skirt ever! The colors are bright and saturated. The fabric is super soft and comfortable. The seams are perfectly finished. AND IT HAS POCKETS! Two nice big patch pockets on the front. My girlfriend LOVES this! My daughter is 53 inches tall, weighs 67 pounds and has a 24 1/4 inch waist. She usually wears a size 8 from all sources. . I ordered a size 8-10 and was hoping it would be a bit big and fit for a while. Instead, it's absolutely perfect. The belt is comfortable and the length barely touches the top of her ankles. I doubt. it fits if she is a legal size 10. But she wears it so often that it may wear out before she outgrows it!
