So I bought this item to protect my new JBL Clip 3 speaker because I'm an electrician and god knows how rude I am with my tools, appliances, etc. After receiving it, I put it on. and remarked that the actual material was very strong and well designed and as an added bonus the base creates a flat surface allowing the speaker to stand upright! It's very thick, but not overly thick, and adds nice extra casing to the speaker in the event of an accidental drop or drop, which is likely to happen, to be honest (I'm very rough with instruments/speakers). On the sides there is a small handle that highlights if you try to grab it with wet or dirty hands. There are also slightly recessed buttons on the side to quickly turn the speaker on and off, as well as Bluetooth to highlight it when you're wearing gloves. Overall this is a great case if you own the JBL Clip series and are looking for both durability and convenience for peace of mind!
