Hair is very soft and stays soft, but like all hair, to keep it soft, it needs care. They stay in place and the tape stays on for a long time. I like that the hair is very beautiful and shiny. I get tons of compliments on my hair and you don't even realize I wear tape in my hair extensions. I have bought several packs from this store and the customer service is fantastic.
