Review on Neutrogena Naturals Balm 0 15 Ounce by Brad Cao

I bought this product because it is from Neutrogena and I use many of their products. As a protection for the lips and to prevent cracking in extreme cold, this is an amazing product! Like the rest of the Neutrogena products. The only downside I found in it is that it's too hard and not runny enough. It has to be pressed too hard onto the lips to apply and needs to be reapplied quite often, although that should also be because it really absorbs and protects the lips. Overall my lips are very hydrated and feel great since using this product. I just want it to be more liquid than it actually is.
