For dirty tablet and phone screens, it's best to use the microfiber cloths or disposable screen cloths that come with the glasses. It just seems to smudge things when cleaning the screen, rather than picking up dirt and smudges or fingerprints (and their oil residue), at least when I tested this on my kids' tablets and screens. I was only able to use this as a secondary clean after the screen in question had already been cleared, defeating the purpose.
