It's not bad, but it can be improved.
It definitely gives the look and style of a NATO style watch strap, but unlike the real NATO strap which by design continues under the watch case, this strap has been modified in two pieces to allow it to be worn had to watch sensors. As a result, the last holder holding the end of the excess strap slides freely along the strap and does not stay in place for long. The end of the strap eventually comes out and sticks out annoyingly unless you stop to adjust it. If the manufacturer can find a better method of sewing or attaching the holder to the strap, the problem will be solved.
