Review on 🌑️ Kwiksen 234-9040 Air Fuel Ratio Oxygen Sensor Upstream for Accord 2.4L California Emission - 2003-2007 Replacement by Adam Webbie

It did not work. Denso did.

I took a chance on this non original O2 sensor working. It has the same part number (234-9040) as Denso's OEM O2 sensor and is a little over half the price so I thought it might be worth a try. It did absolutely nothing. I cleared the error code and it came back immediately. Same error code, same behavior as the error. Then I bought and installed the Denso version (almost double the price) and it worked exactly as you would expect. The error code has been cleared and the machine is working again. I can't tell if this Kwiksen was faulty or just didn't work in this car (2003 Honda Accord LX 2.4L) but it was listed as compatible and has the same part number as the Denso OEM replacement. Denso works, but this one doesn't, so. Other thoughts: This one didn't have a rubber wire retainer around a small section of wire so it could snap into the factory wire retainer (which holds the wire from the hot engine/exhaust component). It's okay - I could just bend the motor clamp that holds the wire and it would work fine, but that's the difference between a Denso and a slight minus. I probably wouldn't give a star if the sensor worked. Luckily it was pretty easy to replace so I didn't spend a lot of time replacing it again with a Denso, but it's still annoying having to do the job twice. Offset socket to remove the old O2 sensor worked great: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GMN4D1Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
