Just a normal hood

36 inch stainless steel hoods are bought for use in apartment buildings, they look good straight away, but the last 3 we bought had the following problems: 2 motors died (worked just not anymore) within 8 weeks old, 1 arrived perfectly packaged (no shipping damage) with a 2" dent/dent in the flat front near the controls. I appreciate the looks and the low cost but I'm sick of installing and fixing them within 60 days maybe it's time to upgrade to a better device, they seem to be slipping away in the last few months.
