We wanted something like Pandora, but not so expensive that she would .

We purchased this bracelet along with a cheerleader charm and a music charm for our granddaughter. We wanted something like Pandora, but not so expensive that she would not want to wear it often - you really cannot take out insurance on a 13-year-old losing stuff. She really likes it and we look forward to adding more charms to it as her interests develop.

The snap comes undone by itself, causing the bracelet to fall off the wrist. Their Customer Service department contacted me after hearing about the snap clasp defect and sent me a new bracelet. My wife has had it on for a week without any incidents. Good quality product with responsive customer service.
