Very useful tool and excellent customization options

I use this product for our call center, it's very easy to set up an automated message that can be sent out at any time or day of week without having someone in person answer all calls. It also allows me as the admin user to customize what is said when sending these messages so they are personalized just how we want them! The customer service has been great too!! Super fast responses with questions about features etc. Nothing really since there isn't anything bad i've heard yet but if you have issues contact support immediately because once your account gets suspended then its not fixable unless you pay again which defeats the purpose! Automate repetitive tasks such as answering incoming phone calls from clients looking for billing information/quotes or other services offered by my business.
