I like that it integrates directly into our CRM which makes compliance easier for business users. It also has automatic updates, so if we need to go back in time there's no worry about losing data or needing support from someone else who knows how to use this tool. The UI could be improved - some functions are awkward to access without going through several screens of options. Also, as a user who does not have admin rights, sometimes the functionality can't be used unless you're an administrator. Make sure your teams understand what they should do with their personal information before signing up! We've been able to remove all sensitive info from customer files because we know exactly where it goes when we process customers' transactions.
