These are really nice plates and they look very pretty. But to the point of actually using them is a different story. Use them in a standing position and hold them in your hand, but try to cut something with a fork and you'll break the plastic panels. I tried slicing pancakes with a plastic fork and before I knew it the plate broke in half and all the syrup was all over me. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. But you use them on the table, they seem to hold up well, it just doesn't require much effort like steak and sometimes pork or chicken. These records are good, but be careful!
