Review on Chaco Kids' Odyssey Sport Sandal by Mark Kolipano

God it stinks! I usually reach for regular Chaco strappy sandals for me and my son, but opted for Odyssey shoes for both of us. In contrast to the adults, the children's version has a completely closed heel and they also have no way of draining the water that has penetrated. . It's a water shoe, so.?. Even if they are quickly removed and dried they stink, I contacted Chaco and they said to machine wash them and I will, but honestly I don't see it going away. None of his other shoes smell that bad. Even the ones he wears with no socks, like crocs and Nike sandals. The bad news is they're only a few months old and have only gotten wet twice. Now they end up in the trash can. But since they are so cute and he said they are very comfortable I will be ordering them again for the holidays.
