After extensive inference, a shadow remains on the right edge.

At first I was very impressed with this photoconductor. Unfortunately, there aren't many anymore. As I get closer to my peak season, I'm printing more and more customer documents and the print quality has dropped significantly. I tried cleaning the drum with laser cleaning sheets and a cleaning stick, but I couldn't completely remove the shadow from the output.
