I already have a toaster but we love toasting long sourdough bread and thought it would be great I thought! Too dark, otherwise it roasts quite well from time to time! The ends of long bread may or may not burn, but then the middle won't get toasted! It does not fit! Another problem is that you cannot lift the toaster knob. to see your bread being toasted! Again this can be a good reason to return it as it is not suitable for toasting. My other toaster is 4 slice regular and that's Russell Hobbs which isn't always the same either but at least I can lift the handle and check the bread. I think it was about $100 or less! I also have a Rollete in my garage (I'm not sure of the spelling, but it's a handcrafted toaster from England and costs about $300. It just goes to show that price doesn't matter. We just want the toaster is consistent!I am thinking of returning this one!Or it will get better as we use more of these!I also noticed that the price of this toaster at inMinutes is around $10 more or less!Don't mind paying but I don't like being ripped off and neither should anyone. I remember I had a Black & Decker toaster a few years ago and the toast came out perfect every time and it was $20 a bit $ But it's big. If this toaster will be unstable in a week, he will return to Revain. But this toaster looks good, big deal!
