I needed nursing pads because I use up a box of 100 quite quickly. Not all pads are created equal, so I wore ones that caused a lot of friction on my sensitive and sometimes cracked and bleeding nipples. They seemed soft enough not to bother me while I was treating my nipples. They soak up my night milk well and don't leak through my shirt when I wake up in the morning. It also stays in place, doesn't move around in my bra. The box was sealed and protected. I recommend it.
