I am also very disappointed with this phone. The phone is primarily an audio device. In this regard, this phone fails. That's the worst sound I've heard in years. And it's unrelated to Skype, which sounds great when I'm using it through my computer or conferencing on my landline phone. It also has nothing to do with the small size of the phone. Even wearing good headphones it was still terrible. The quality is so bad that I can hardly understand the other speaker. They also complain that the quality of my voice is terrible. It also tends to break and tear. You would think that getting decent sound quality would be easy these days. I was also disappointed that when making a Skype call, the contacts downloaded from the computer only show phone numbers and not the name you provided. Skype on your computer. I call people, not phone numbers! The rest is OK. Setup was pretty easy. I think it's good that the second handset can be switched on during the conversation via the intercom function. Unfortunately I will end up returning it due to the poor sound quality.
