A couple of broken ones

I bought these and had one that didn't give a false alarm, I couldn't even turn it off or disable it, it just wouldn't budge. I thought it was just a malfunction and ordered new ones. Then the same thing happened a week later. It won't stop beeping even if I press stop and can't flip the button to turn it off or disable it. It is not even smoked in the house.
