Unfortunately I'm a woman who sweats a lot so I need something to help me not feel so wet during my workout. The shirt does not get as sticky and wet as a normal t-shirt. I feel like it makes me a bit warmer despite not feeling breathable. To be honest I don't know if that's the purpose and I didn't know how this stuff works. So in order not to stick to me and not get sweaty, the shirt is suitable for that. Fits exactly as expected, only the sleeves are a bit short. I have big shoulders and where it sits on my arm it ends up under my armpit and I always have to pull the sleeves down. I ended up buying some of these t-shirts because they fit me.
