The product is easy to use and gives you a lot of tools to be able to connect and create a profile with your customers. I like that you can connect with customers and send them emails, which saves you time and money. I dislike that sometimes I can't find my customers and I have to go through a long list to find them. I would suggest that you make it easier to find your customers and the interface is hard to understand. You can use FullFunnel to create a profile and send emails to customers. This saves a lot of time and money.
