After two weeks I noticed that the coffee lost its taste. So if you love espresso and use a moka pot, I would highly recommend getting a coffee grinder. I've since given up moka espresso when I discovered the V60 pour method. However, I recommend these beans instead of Starbucks. They just taste a lot better. There's nothing like a cup of delicious hot coffee in the morning, afternoon or evening when it's 55 degrees Fahrenheit outside and you want to curl up on the couch with a cup of hot coffee and watch your favorite shows. or work on your favorite things. When I lived in the North Beach area of San Francisco, I used to go to a local Italian coffee shop every weekend. They served the Illy's cafe. As such, these beans also evoke nostalgia for a chilly evening in San Francisco as I sip an after-dinner cup of coffee with my family.
