Well-designed bags have a clear, durable plastic insert over an insulating lining, making them ideal for personal care. We take extra precautions to store raw meat/poultry in small market bags (tied shut) to reduce the risk of leakage during transit. But when cleaning is required, there's no cloth to clean, just a plastic liner. I think this factor should prevent the interior from getting a used look and stains being removed over time. Both side handles and straps come in handy. The three of me did a week's worth of frozen food, dairy, cold cuts, meat/poultry and everything was very cold after being in the trunk for over 2 hours. I think it's a good deal because you get 2 and if you shop by the week like me I'd rather have 2 lighter bags for work. We don't like picnics, but these bags will come in handy. They're falling apart, so I keep them in the trunk until next time. I paid $30 for two and the quality and design are worth it.
