Great idea though. - Styling tools and accessories

UPDATE: I removed the star and changed the name of the next b/c. I've used the brackets a few more times. I have to agree with many of the other reviewers. They are too heavy and the springs are not strong enough. MANUFACTURER if you have ever read reviews? You have a very, very good idea here. May I suggest you look at the traditional butterfly clips that barbers use? They're really strong and lighter, but the shape of your real claw is MUCH better for the purpose you made it for. If you could convert them, you might have a truly incredible, functional product! If these large ones work for long hair, maybe you can make a smaller version the size of a traditional bow tie? Please please! This doesn't allow me to post the photo while editing, so I'll say. The size difference between this clip and the traditional butterfly clip is 5/8 inch in overall height and nearly 1 inch in open claws. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am a licensed hairdresser. Cut to about jaw length with very few layers I like longer layers than short ones but of course it pulls the curls on top and fullness all the way down. I used clips for the first time today on the top of the head to give as much fullness as possible in the top half (air dry when I had time) It didn't take long to dry enough to remove the clips (drier than usual). curl and volume! After that, don't fiddle around as much or add my usual extra products. Now 6 hours later most of that initial volume and curl is gone but I still have more than usual, PLUS! he is SO less fluffy than usual! And the curls look more elastic. In the salon, when drying curly clients, I've always used invisible bobby pins that are perpendicular to the scalp to lift the hair while drying. But these are much better. I definitely recommend them.
