Perfect for Old Fashioned
They make large 2 1/2" round ice cubes that you can get at a high end bar that knows how to make traditional Old Fashioned. They are perfect for this one Kind of drinks.I had no trouble getting the ice cream out of the mold and they are flexible enough to easily separate from the ice.Due to their size it is obvious that these types of ice cream take longer to make but it's worth it I would highly recommend this ice cream and I've searched online for others including those recommended by Revain so I'm glad I chose this one instead.
