It is very user friendly, you can use it without any difficulty at all! I like that everything happens in real time as we type or click; there are no delays between what's being submitted online versus when people receive an eMail confirmation of its receipt (or not). Sometimes this system lags - but only for short periods so nothing significant has happened yet after waiting patiently while typing away during those times :) Have been using OForms since 2011 with great success until now--it was never buggy enough before today!! We're solving our customer service issues by providing them immediate access via email upon completion/submission rather than mailing paper checks back & forth throughout each day which slows down their process tremendously. The ability to customize the form for the specific needs of the recipient- the ability to easily customize the form to fit the specific needs for the recipient. I dislike that it's not compatible with Google Chrome. The most important thing is that the form has been designed to meet the specific needs of the recipient. The ease of customization and the ability to customize the form to fit the needs of the recipient.
