It is difficult to rate these products.

I have been interested in homeopathic/natural supplements for many years. I always find it difficult to measure their effectiveness. Claims are mood support (serotonin) and possibly appetite suppression. I'm usually in good health and good spirits, so my baseline is "healthy". I've been taking this supplement for a little over a week and while I haven't experienced any ill effects, it's hard for me to say there has been any significant improvement in my mood/appetite or anything. Am I comfortable at all? Yes. Whether I feel significantly or more consistently better than usual, I can't say yes. I'm still happy to take a supplement believing it will have a positive effect, and if it's the result of a placebo effect, I'm okay with that too. So I would say just give it a try and see if it works for you. I love Nature Craft's Horny Goat Weed and it has had a more tangible effect.
