Review on cuSmarText HR - Digital Employee File for SAP HXM by Steve Jones

I like that it's simple to use and easy to find information about our employees. It also allows us to make changes quickly when needed. At this time we have no dislikes or problems. I would recommend this program to other businesses who need quick access to employee files. We are able to store employee data in one place instead of searching through multiple databases. This has improved efficiency greatly! I like that we can do everything online from our phones or laptops instead of having to go in person each time there's something new regarding benefits/payroll etc., It would help if they had more employee portals because it makes sense when you have multiple locations but also helps out those who only work remotely! Having this tool has helped us keep track of hours worked by employees at different offices so payroll isn't always such a headache anymore (it used to take forever).
