My Miniature Poodle developed bladder stones and had to have surgery to remove them. A few thousand dollars later, the only advice the vet could give me was to put her on the Rx diet (which she hated!) for the rest of her life. A few months after getting that expensive meal, she started having symptoms of bladder problems again. I tested her urine and found crystals in her suggesting she will have more stones. I switched vets and he prescribed me these pills and since then my daughter has had no problems. Her urine tests were clear - no more crystals!
