It's easy for both the operator and maintenance teams, to track their work order status in real time while being able to see all of the related documents that are associated with it as well. I like how quickly we can access our data, even when off site or out of network. We've been using this solution since 2006 so there is not much new about it anymore but everything works just fine without any issues. Sometimes it takes longer than expected between updates. Be sure you're doing your research before choosing an app/solution, ask lots questions from current customers and compare them against each other until you find one that fits your needs.
