The Rapid Slicer is the perfect addition to any chef's kitchen! This is an extremely high quality product that makes cutting much faster. I really don't like making a salad because of all the cutting. Now using Rapid Slicer is very easy. I'm a frugal mom who buys meat in bulk to save money. I use the Rapid Slicer to cut large chicken breasts, pork chops, etc. to prepare portioned cuts of meat. I don't have a steady hand so my portion sizes used to be everywhere, but now they're all the same. I would recommend this product for all reasons.
