The product itself has worked perfectly for less than a year. The seller refunded the original purchase price due to a manufacturing defect. When the Wii stopped working, I bought a refurbished Wii and figured that was the problem. When I received the Wii console, I discovered it was the power cord. There was no way of finding out what the problem was because when I plugged in the console the red light came on but I couldn't turn on the console. Rather than returning the refurbished console I will keep it as a spare as it works great as does the new power cord. The seller provided excellent service, but the manufacturer easily underestimates.
