I like that they are very diligent about communication during each stage throughout my application process! The feedback was super thorough & detailed with specific directions to improve upon areas where necessary as well!! It is definitely worth it when you have gone through an exhaustive interview series but feel underqualified due to your lack experience/skillset compared against other applicants who may be more qualified than yourself or less experienced overall (at least initially). We were able obtain great candidates within days from interviews at one point before starting ramp up phase once hired - not so much anymore unfortunately since hiring managers seem unwilling / unable provide support after onboarding has occurred thus far :(.
