I really, REALLY wanted to like these clips. However, as soon as I opened the (cheap) packaging, their chances dropped. The white hair clips were definitely used and covered with hair dye. There was a strange powder on the blacks. They were definitely not new as advertised. I have washed the brackets and tried to use them but I am still not happy with the condition they arrived in.
