Review on SunFounder ATmega2560 16AU Board Compatible Arduino by Jose Smith

My RobotDyn Mega 2560 clone fits this case perfectly, however the reset button on the circuit board is not in the same place as the reset button on the case. This is normal because once you've added a shield to the board, you still can't reach the reset buttons no matter where they are. It wasn't until I received my Mega 2560 board that I didn't realize it didn't have mounting holes so a case like this was needed. There are grommets on the case for attaching to something else, so this is a necessary accessory for the mega board. For assembly I used an X-Acto knife to remove the backing paper - an X-Acto knife should be on every workbench! Assembly was a lot easier than many other laser cut boxes I've assembled before, and the tolerances are spot on so the pieces don't wobble when put together. I'm only giving it four stars because of the problem with the reset button. Addendum: Another great feature of this case is that the top fits so that the Mega 2650 connectors are flush with the top, which is important when using screens. Other 2650 cases have a raised top so the connectors are recessed inside the case, making it difficult or impossible to properly connect the shield board.
