It fits nicely in the palm of your hand, it does not get in the way, and you can set it to alert you to incoming calls and messages as well as other things. In iOS, there is no smart alarm clock; however, you can set many alarms to go off at various times (I have three for Mon-Fri, Sat and Sun). When you raise your hand, there is a function that will display the time; however, there are times when it will work with a very tiny delay. It does a good job of tracking steps, but if you don't deliberately shake your hand, the heart rate monitor might miss your pulse the first time it reads it. This is probably due to the fact that I dress too snugly for an xs. In general, a fantastic buy for two thousand and six hundred dollars on eBay; it performs its functions so capably that three more of my coworkers have opted to order one. In addition to them, I anticipate Mi Scale will be there; then things will get more interesting:)
